Yet many families continue to face barriers created by poverty, preventable disease, limited educational opportunities, and social stigma. FOCAGIFO invests in people—equipping children, youth, and communities with the education, practical skills, and compassionate support they need to build healthy, independent, and hopeful futures.
How We Create Change
We believe lasting change happens when communities are equipped with knowledge, compassion, and strong local partnerships. Our work is built around four interconnected areas that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
Public Health
We strengthen public health through HIV/AIDS disease prevention, health education, and partnerships that reduce stigma and connect people with life-saving information and services.
Education & Opportunity
We equip vulnerable youth with nationally recognized vocational training, practical career skills, and the confidence to become self-supporting professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
Youth Leadership
We mentor future leaders through life-skills education, peer leadership, entrepreneurship, and opportunities to serve their communities with compassion, purpose and vision.
Community Partnerships
We build lasting change by working alongside educators, healthcare professionals, faith communities, local leaders, and international partners through cooperation, mutual respect, and shared purpose.
